Your content
“Your content” means what you put into Pixie Studio (prompts, uploads and settings) and what you make with it (images, video, audio and workflows).
You keep the rights to what you make. Between you and us, your content is yours, subject to these terms and to the terms of the companies whose AI models you use (see below).
Paid plans (Creator, Pro and Studio) include commercial use. On the Free plan, use what you make for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Copyright law for AI-made work is still settling, and in some places purely AI-generated results may not be protected by copyright at all. We can't promise yours will be. AI models can also give other people results similar to yours, and those are theirs.
AI model terms. Pixie Studio runs on AI models made by other companies. When you use one, we send your prompt and inputs to its maker, or to the service that runs it, to make your result. Each maker's terms and usage policies apply to what you make with its model, and they can limit how you use the results.
Only upload what you have the right to use, including photos, video, voices, music and art. If it shows or sounds like a real person, it must be you or someone who has agreed.
Permission you give us. You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, copy, process, adapt and display your content to run Pixie Studio for you, keep it safe and follow the law, and to train, test and improve AI models, including our own. That includes sending it to AI models, making previews, and labeling it as AI-made (for example with content credentials) (and, on the Free plan, adding a small Pixie mark). When you delete your content, the license ends, except that remixes other people already made stay theirs, backups may keep copies for a limited time, we keep what we need for legal or safety reasons (such as a deleted Recipe that was reported), and we may keep using it to train AI models until your account is deleted. AI models already trained with your content stay as they are. Our Privacy policy explains how to ask us to leave your content out of training.
